Administrative Assistant

  • Assist with daily office administrative duties, attending to enquiries, ets and must be computer literate.
  • Who are interested in Korean language and culture
  • Must be able to work at retail hours and weekends(Saturday and Sunday)
  • Customer Service Experience is a Plus.

If you are new in this line, there will be 3 months of probation. Salary negotiable

Full Timers : 
Working Hours (not exceeding 44 hours per week)
Day Shift: 10am – 7pm  We are now hiring ~
Evening Shift: 12:30pm – 9:30pm
Weekend Shift: 10am – 6.00pm
*Days & Timings are negotiable.

Marketing Assistant

• Head the marketing department and is accountable for marketing activities and brands
• Prepare and monitor marketing budget; ensure that funds are utilised wisely
• Develop marketing plan to build strong brand awareness and positioning via both online and offline channels
• Work and coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns, events and activities
• For Singapore market as required

Job Requirement
If the following describes you, you might be the one we are looking for!
• At least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in brand management in Education or Tuition
• Experience and confident in managing a team of marketing & brand executives
• Result-oriented, team player, brand builder
• Experience in multiple facets of brand management eg social media, e-commerce, visual merchandising, PR, forecasting and supplier
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese) for liaise with Chinese speaking clients
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Display initiative with a pleasant disposition
